4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The mobile banking number used for the deposit and the account holder must be the same person. Deposits made through a third party are not accepted and such transactions may be cancelled.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own specific validity period and will be automatically cancelled if not used within the set time.

gt33's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. You can advance to a higher tier through regular play. Weekly cashback rates vary by tier: Bronze members can receive up to 0.2%, Silver members 0.5%, Gold members 0.8%, and Platinum members 1.0% weekly cashback.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Rules

Each game available on the gt33 platform has its own rules. If a technical error or disconnection occurs during a game, gt33 generally considers that round void and refunds the wager. However, if the server records that the round was completed, that result is final.

6.2 Cricket and Sports Betting

Cricket betting is available on various international and domestic tournaments including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournaments. The following applies to sports betting:

• Pre-match bets placed before a match begins cannot be changed once confirmed.
• If a match does not start at the scheduled time or is cancelled, the wager will be refunded.
